  • Payment Instrument: Credit card, debit card, bank account, prepaid instruments, UPI, IMPS, or any other payment method introduced by banks or financial institutions.
  • Platform: The website or application where the Merchant offers products or services.
  • Transaction: An order or request placed by the User.
  • Transaction Amount: The amount paid by the User.
  • User / Users: Any person availing products or services on the Platform.
  • Website: www.ticeindia.com/ or its mobile application.

3. Merchant’s Rights

  • Collect, store, and share User information as required
  • Contact Users regarding transactions or services

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Share accurate personal and contact details
  • Provide correct and valid payment details

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Unauthorized use of the Platform
  • Data scraping or automated access
  • Fraud, impersonation, or misleading activity
  • Security circumvention or system interference
  • Harassment, threats, or harm
  • Uploading malware, spam, or viruses
  • Violation of any applicable laws

6. Limitation of Liability

The User’s sole remedy for defective products or services is the applicable refund process. The Merchant disclaims liability for losses and the User agrees to indemnify the Merchant against claims arising from breach of these Terms.

7. Guidelines for Reviews

  • Reviews must be based on firsthand experience
  • No offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • No false or misleading statements
  • No organized review campaigns

Reviews may be accepted, rejected, or removed at the Merchant’s discretion. By submitting a review, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision shall be final and binding.

9. Grievance Redressal

Users may contact the Merchant through the grievance channel available on the Platform for issues related to transactions, refunds, or unauthorized payments.

10. Disclaimer

  • Transactions create legally binding obligations
  • Payments must be made using legitimate funds
  • The Merchant is not responsible for unauthorized use of payment instruments
  • Platform content is for general information only
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Users are responsible for securing their credentials and systems
